Monroy Grabs a First Place Overall Female Finish in the Strawberry Fields Triathlon

Oxnard, CA- July 18^th, 2010.

Megan claims another victory as she is the first lady to cross the finish line (15^th overall) at the lovely Strawberry Fields  Triathlon.  With a finish time of 59:29, she is the only lady to cross the finish line under an hour!

 She says, “Oxnard is absolutely beautiful, combined with a fun little triathlon, what a great weekend!  I walked away so content with all the strawberries I had won.  I hope to be back next year!” 

Although she was a bit sore from a previous lifeguard endurance race earlier in the week, Monroy continues to hold top results.
